1. Large Duplex Apartment in Le Parc Aux Etoiles, 55 m2 + sunny bacony, Puy St Vincent 1800m 

Our apartment is in the Residences of "Le Parc aux Etoiles" and situated in the upper part of Puy Saint Vincent at an altitude of 1800 metres. Built along the edge of a ski run, it offers direct access to the ski slopes and to the ski lifts.
The following shops are within the immediate vicinity of the Residences:

  • 2 ski rental shops,
  • Grocery/bakery/snack-bar (newsagent, with grills, sandwiches, cakes and pastries, raclette and regional products). This is a family run business owned.
  • "Le Grande Chariot" Restaurant/Bar
  • Ski school meeting place and infants ski nursary.

The apartment includes: Upstairs, two upstairs bedrooms (Bedroom 1 - double bed, Bedroom 2 - twin beds), upstairs mezzanine living area (double sofa bed), Upstairs Bathroom including Bath, shower, toilet & washbasin.  Downstairs, entrance hall leading to large lounge/dining room (including double sofa bed), seperate newly installed kitchen(including oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom (including bath/shower) and seperate toilet. The apartment also has a large sunny balcony with outside table and chairs. Our apartment has a TV/DVD and Nintendo Wii for use by our guests.

The apartment also comes with a ski/boot locker on the ground floor of the apartment block and private inside garage parking. 

The Residences of "Le Parc aux Etoiles" also benefits from the following top quality additional shared facilities: an outdoor heated swimming pool and a sauna. These facilities are included in the rental price.
 
 

2. "Grand Studio" Apartment in Cortina I, 26 m2 + piste facing balcony, Puy St Vincent 1600m 

At the centre of the resort, a good size, exceptionally well situated, "Grand Studio" apartment 26m2 with large sunny, south east facing balcony overlooking the centre of the resort including pistes, ski lifts, ski school and ski learner slopes.

The apartment has recently been fully refurbished/modernised by the current owners and incorporates a large lounge/dining room with double bed (sofa bed), a "coin montagne" (small room with bunk beds), a separate modern kitchen (including cooker/hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, bathroom (shower)/WC and large sunny balcony with outside table and chairs.

The apartment also comes with a ski/boot locker on the ground floor directly on the ski slopes.  

The apartment is situated in the centre of the resort next door to the popular "Le Petit Chamois" restaurant, supermarket, swimming pool, ice skating rink and Chaud sport ski hire/sports wear shop.
