Price List Winter Season 2008/9

* Arrival is after 4 pm on Saturdays (it may be possible on occasions for different arrival days) Departure is by 10 am.

The price quoted is to hire the apartment for the whole week, irrespective of how may people stay. At that stage, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 20%. The balance will need to be paid in full at least six weeks prior to the start of your holiday plus a refundable cheque for £40 (€60) to cover breakages/cleaning costs (only payable if the apartment is not left clean).

If you wish to book any other times outside the main winter and summer seasons, please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we would be pleased to confirm the price. Details of reserved weeks are always kept up to date, so you can check the 'Dates and Prices' page on the menu.

The Prices shown includes:-

1. The cost of hiring the apartment for the whole week
2. Electricity
3. Hot and Cold Water
4. Tourist Tax (normally 1 Euro per day per person)

* Please note that you will need to bring your own bed linen (sheet, duvet cover and pillow slip), towels and tea towels (although dishwasher provided). We ask that guests keep the apartment clean during their stay especially when you leave so that it is in the condition that you would expect to find it. We will provide all the cleaning materials.
